TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservations:

to reserve by phone, call and we'll hold your spot for 5 working days while you send your deposit.  Once you’ve received your reservation confirmation number your booking process is completed and  we will secure your accommodation. Please reserve with us directly for your convenience and to assure the best rates and specials.  Groups and individuals referred by travel agencies are entitled to their cancellation policies, as well as to their warranty disclaimers and limitation of liabilities.

Payment schedule:

Your deposit will secure your reservation until 30 days prior to arrival.  We reserve the right to consider a reservation cancelled, and the deposit forfeited, if the balance is not received by that date, or, if the reservation process is not completed and or confirmed and returned within 5 working days prior de arrival.  Payments may done  be by cash and credit cards only thru our Payment Collecting Agent.. 

Email policy:

We never sell or rent our email list. We sometimes send helpful but non-vital information about our resort , specials offers or events, as well as reminders and acknowledgments of materials received, via email. Your name and email address (but not phone numbers) may be supplied to other participants on your trip at the end of the trip unless you request otherwise. We may also (not more than 12 times a year) send you email notices of future trips and special offers that we think may interest you.

 All Guests must be at least 18 years old. Your  reservation may not be transferred to another person. As a guest you agree to respect the laws and customs of the Dominican Republic  and the countries you may stop by if coming in a tour group. A Guest  may be asked to leave the Property if Management feels that the person's continuing participation in our resort may prove detrimental to that individual, or to the safety, well being, or enjoyment of others. Cabarete Colors Hotel is against any type of use and or abuse of illegal drugs as stated in the current Dominican penal and criminal Code of laws as well as The Hotel rejects any type of obscene sexual behavior and Prostitution inside or outside of our property.

If you must cancel a reservation, you must understand that our cancellation policy states that we will not refund money instead we will give credit only if your cancellation applies to the following conditions. We will give you a cancellation number; please record this number to verify that your cancellation was received. The cancellation credit % is:

(A) 90 or more days before arrival:  75% of  the total accommodation cost.

(B)  30-15 days before arrival : 50%  of  the total accommodation cost.

(C)  15-0 day before arrival: 0% ( no credit, no refund)

Note: cancellations will receive only credit, we'll issue a credit (good for 12 months from the date of cancellation) for the amount indicated above, If you have not paid in full, there is no credit or refund. 

(D)  No-shows: No credit or refund if you do not show up, and have not cancelled before the time specified above.

Total is defined as the total of accomodation with any supplements requested. The cancellation % is the same regardless of the reasons for cancellation. Cancellations must be received in writing. There is no credit for guests who check in without a previous reservation. You may wish to purchase cancellation insurance from your travel agent. If you are traveling with a travel agent you  must cancel reservation thru your travel agent, never individually. Credit  may not be transferred to another person.

(E)   late fee applies whenever we have not received full payment before the 5 working days before arrival . 

Room changes and cancellations:

We reserve the right to alter room assignments , transfers itineraries without notice due to road, weather, or other considerations. If we change accommodation arrangements or provide another room at another property for any of the reasons indicated above, we will give you a full weekend pass ( 2 nights) to be used by the guest whose accommodation plans was changed. ( this pass is only for the Basic occupation plan. if we cancel a trip due a natural disaster, political unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control, we will give full credit for same as the total amount of nights reserved and confirmed by payment.  We are not responsible for additional expenses such as non-refundable air tickets., trips organized by your tour operator or travel agency or any accident that may occur during your stay in our resort, we will provide medical care and assist in emergencies but do not commit to insure guests physical and mental health. Cabarete Colors Hotel  reserves the right to accept or refuse any person as a guest or visitor to the property if this person does not show a legal picture identity card  or passport upon check in.

Lodging :

Prices are per person, single or double occupancy, except as otherwise noted for tours triple room option only under special requests. Single guests coming in tour groups need to be listed in double or triple room as assigned by their travel agents and or tour operators.  Shared rooms are designated as non-smoking unless both parties agree otherwise.

Physical condition and Health:

To get the most enjoyment out of your trip, plan some conditioning beforehand. We'll send suggestions after you send your reservation. Before reserving, please consult with your doctor to be sure you have no health-related barriers to participation. We suggest you to  have a travel  medical insurance, and you are responsible for payment of any medical services you may require during your stay. Cabarete Colors Hotel  and DGTT Travel will only assist you with emergency medical.

Smoking in the rooms: if guests in the room wish not to otherwise hotel policy allows smoking .

We are disabled people friendly, people with special needs are all welcome, please include special arrangement requests in your reservation for us to provide you with facilities.

Cabarete Colors Hotel  Hetero Friendly, Lesbian , Bisexual and Transgender Friensdly as well as Animal Friendly, please understand that you may interact with straight guests as well as with guests visiting with animals, they are all always  informed that Cabarete Colors Hotel is a Gay resort and are invited to stay respecting our resort exclusive gay guests as well as our policies. If bringin animals please ask for the special terms and conditions for bringing Domestic animals to the property (pets)

  Pre-departure information

Before your trip begins, we'll send you a more detailed email with detailed Directions to our resort as well as your transfers, airport collection and tour itineraries as well as suggestions about what to take with you, where to meet, and other travel advice.

Terms are subject to change our full agreement with you shall be as stated in the email or reservation form that we send, and which you sign, when you reserve.

Reserve early!

Unlike cruise ships, which handle Hundreds of passengers each season, we can accommodate only a small group on each tour trip. Many of our rooms sell out months in advance. Don't be disappointed

Resort Guests do not act for or on behalf of Cabarete Colors Hotel and DGTT Travel , Rainbow Travel and INTELLIGENCIA CORPORATION or/and our suppliers and affiliates   shall not be liable for the performance or non-performance of any guest, or for any claims of any nature arising out of any guest acts or omissions, breach of contract, breach of warranty, failure to pay for services or any other cause.
